1. The service

JNT Football provides a private web application for parents and guardians to record and organise children’s football information, including child profiles, matches, training, playing time, progress and media. Features may evolve as the service develops.

2. Accounts and authorised users

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, choosing appropriate user roles, ensuring authorised users comply with these terms, and promptly removing access that is no longer required. You must provide accurate account information and must not attempt to access another family's account or data without authorisation.

3. Trials and subscriptions

Where offered, a 15-day free trial may be used to evaluate the service. The Parent plan is currently offered at €4.99 per month or €49 per year. Applicable taxes may be added where required. The price and billing interval selected at checkout will govern the subscription. Any future pricing changes will be communicated as required before they take effect for an existing subscription.

4. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancelled. Customers may use the available billing portal or contact us for billing support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for an already-started billing period except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Customer data

Customers retain their rights in data they submit to JNT Football. Customers grant JNT Football the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and otherwise handle that data solely to provide, secure and support the service and as otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are entitled to submit and process the data they place in the platform.

6. Youth-player information

Parents and guardians may use JNT Football to record information relating to their children or children for whom they are authorised to manage football records. Account holders are responsible for ensuring they are entitled to submit that information and media, and for making appropriate decisions about what should be stored in the service. The platform must not be used to collect or share unnecessary or unlawful information about children.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use JNT Football unlawfully; attempt to bypass access controls or tenant isolation; probe or disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law; infringe third-party rights; or use the service to store content that you are not authorised to process.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. We may update or replace features where reasonably necessary to improve, secure or operate the service.

9. Intellectual property

JNT Football, its software, website, design, branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active trial or subscription, no ownership rights are transferred to customers or users.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where a trial or subscription expires, payment remains overdue, use creates a security or legal risk, or these terms are materially breached. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Data after termination

After termination or expiry, access to operational features may be restricted. Data may be retained for a limited period to support reactivation, export, legal obligations, backups and dispute handling before deletion or anonymisation in accordance with our retention practices and applicable agreements.

12. Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNT Football is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by customer configuration, unauthorised use, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under other applicable law. The final contracting-entity details and jurisdiction clause should be confirmed before commercial launch.
